Dashing middle order batsman Umarakmal,who made a return to the Pakistan T20 squad named for the three-match T20 series against the west indies in UAE,is keen to make amends in his career by making a successful and controversy free comeback to the national team.
Umair said: He is happy to make a comeback to pakistan side and will try to cement his place in the team by playing good cricket.
"The series against the West Indies will be very important and i aim to perform well in it to justify my selection and also help regain my place in the ODI team."
 He had special thanks to offer to PCB Chairman Shaharyar khan who met him a few weeks ago  and gave him confident and valuable advice about maintaining a good conduct at all times. "My ultimate goal is to serve Pakistan cricket to the best of my ability."
The diminutive player,however,requested the media and the fans to support him.

Widesspread monsoon rains that where torrential in some cities lashed the plains of punjab and sindh on saturday augest 27, leaving three people, including two childrend,dead in karachi and injuring five members of a family in lahore.
Perennial problems like power breakdowns,innudation of streets and trafics jams accompanied the rain and expossed goverment claims of imprpving life in the country.
The spell of monsoon rains started in punjab on thursday. And flood forecasting bureau Director Ajmal shad said here that it would persist for another two days,mainly covering the plains of punjab and sindh where there could be isolated havy falls,especially in the next 24 hours

The rain in Karachi was accompanied by gusty winds. It was moderate by Met Office standards (54mm at the airport by 6:30pm), but was too much more for the port city's sewerage and traffic systems.
A 12-year-old child died in a house collapse while a 14-year-old drowned in a pool of rainwater in Karachi. A young man died from electrocution.
The haviest spell in lahore was experienced in the morning when nearly 99mm of rainfall was recorded at the airport in just one and a half hours.light rain continued to lash the city almost the entire day.
Dark clouds were covering the sky.
The met department recorded 120mm of rainfall at the airport till in the evening.
