Children's physical education..

Physical education is the educational course which is related to the physics of the human body. Generally it is taken during primary and secondary education. It encourages psychomotor learning in a moment exploration setting to promote health. It has been a compulsory subject in all most all of the countries for many years ago.
It is so much beneficial that both schools and families encourage physical education to the children. It brings many health benefits for young children, these include: strengthening bones and muscles, improve gross and fine motor skills, helps to maintain a healthy body weight and provides the child with more energy.
In Pakistan, the trends of physical education have also developed recently. It combines a greater variety of activities besides typical sports. It introduces students to different activities like bowling, walking, yoga, meditation etc. Similarly, it also helps students to develop some good activity habits that they will carry over into adulthood.
It also provides psychological benefits such as improving general mental health, concentration, awareness and positive mood. It can be taught to any age student with little or no equipment making it ideal for mixed ability and age classes.
The aspects of physical education are physical, mental, social, and emotional. Generally, it builds our self-esteem and it develops cooperation, teamwork and sportsmanship skill. Similarly, it promotes a physically active lifestyle and it also promotes academic learning. Again, it’s a preventive measure against disease and it keeps a link to good health.
Therefore, it can be said physical education inspires a stronger sense of self-worth in children based on their mastery of skills and concepts in physical activity. As a result, they can become more confident, assertive, independent and self-controlled.
